Riding-Day #7 out of 11; 10th Day out of fourteen for the whole trip that ends this Thursday at the Southern border of Malawi and Mozambique. We’re very grateful for the safety and strength, and the three Synods that have worked together to help us with overnight accommodations and publicity. People in small Trading Centers along our route have heard about the trip and the three of us (2nd year pastoral strident Hamilton had participated since our departure and 5th year Voice joined us yesterday and will continue the rest of the way).
Check out the enormous Boab Tree, our new riding companion, Voice, the snacks we eat under straw-roofed outdoor fast food shops, the thoughtful rest stops about families at home and the miles ahead.
